FUNCTIONS AND FEATURES
1.Feeding style vacuum packaging machine consists of two kinds of rotary integrated machines (filling system and vacuum system). The vacuum system is continuous rotating movement,without inertia or impact force;
2. Quickly change packaging bag specifications, change different bag specifications, and automatically adjust digitally;
3. Meet the GMP standards of food processing machinery, and use 304/316 stainless steel or other materials that comply with food hygiene regulations to process parts that come into contact with materials or packaging bags on the machine, ensuring the hygiene and safety of food;
4. Easy to operate, using Siemens PLC and POD (touch screen) electrical control system from Germany, with a friendly human-machine interface and convenient operation. The bags can be recycled without cutting or sealing, and without filling, without wasting bags;
5. Sealing temperature monitoring function, if the heating plate is damaged, it will automatically alarm on the touch screen;
6. The sealing method adopts instant heating and water cooling to achieve a smoother and more beautiful sealing;
7. The vacuum chamber is made of aviation aluminum carved and milled on a computer machining center, ensuring non hardening, non deformation, as well as sealing and durability;
8. This machine is equipped with bag compartment detection function and empty circulation function, which can make the existing empty bags reusable. The empty bags will still be reused in the mechanical and manual position instead of falling on the bag moving and swinging wall, which is safer and more convenient;
9. All other transmission parts are purchased with mechanical groove wheel mechanisms, which make the groove wheel more stable during operation;
10. There is a spray lubrication system on the points of the groove wheel, which automatically sprays to avoid friction and wear, resulting in uncoordinated movements.
