1.1 Overview

The NJP-2000C auto capsule filling machine is suitable for powder, granular, and pellet filling, capacity of 120000 capsules/hour, special for capsule size from 00# to 5#.
 

1. It has been improved the inner design turret, and imports beeline bearings for each machine from Japan directly, so that it can be sure a longer usage-life and high-precision.
2. It adopts PLC control system, human-machine interface, has a stepless timing with the frequency-conversion, the numeral showing makes easy operation.
3. It adopts plane spring for filling powder, this type of spring can afford two billion times pressing, but never changed overall dimension. So it makes the weight of powder filling in an accuracy number.
4. Automatic capsule switch operated by touch screen avoids dangerous accidents happens when opening the switch by hand into the working station.
5. The multi-bore dosing brings a precision dosage (it is controlled around ±0.75%); the good capsule applicability makes a higher capsule qualified rate (>=99%).
6. When running malfunction or lack of stuff, automatic alarm, malfunction display, automatically dismiss the alarm.
7. With functions of password setup, touching screen display, automatic parameter setup, data printing, reset, etc.
8. The jump-start axed, cam, and other main damageable parts all adopt imported materials.
