Introduction of filling & laminating production line
Overview of the entire line
This production line is a new automatic production line developed by our company based on the digestion and absorption of foreign advanced linkage units and the integration of our own technology. The machine adopts PLC overall control, frequency conversion speed regulation, and human-machine interface touch screen control technology, and its operation is stable and reliable. The whole line equipment has a compact structure, precise positioning, precise measurement, stable transmission, and a small footprint. It fully meets GMP requirements and greatly reduces the cost of air conditioning purification and plant construction costs.
Process description: Bottles are manually placed on the bottle unscrambling turntable, and the bottles are placed upright on the bottle unscrambling turntable and enter the filling equipment. The filling and capping machine is indexed by a high-precision cam indexing mechanism to complete the plate division, positioning, filling, capping, and capping operations. The cosine acceleration cam transmission mechanism completes the lifting and lowering of the capping head. The capping head with controllable torque is used, and the capping head is specially designed so as not to damage the caps and bottles. The stainless steel plunger pump (or peristaltic pump) accurately measures the filling, and it is extremely convenient to clean, disinfect, and adjust the filling volume.

2. L-YGX/1 2 series liquid filling and capping machine

Equipment Overview
This machine is mainly suitable for filling and capping of various dosage forms and specifications in the biological, pharmaceutical and other industries. The filled bottles are sent to the intermittently moving turntable in an orderly manner for corresponding capping and sealing; it has a compact design structure, stable performance, and convenient maintenance, making it an ideal capping equipment; the control part adopts PLC program and is operated by human-machine interface to meet the requirements of production capacity of various specifications.

How it works
The filling and capping machine is mainly suitable for filling and capping round bottles or special-shaped bottles. This machine integrates the functions of empty bottle unscrambling , liquid filling , outer capping and capping , and can automatically complete the processes of bottle unscrambling , filling, capping, capping and bottle discharging .
  1. Filling station (stainless steel plunger pump servo control):
12 sets of stainless steel plunger pumps are used to control liquid filling. The corresponding filling needles of the plunger pumps simultaneously fill the required filling volume of the product into the corresponding plastic bottles at one time.
The stainless steel plunger pump is driven by a servo motor or mechanical form to set the filling volume and adjust the filling volume difference. After the adjustment is completed, the production operation can be carried out in the production mode on the host human-machine interface. The filling accuracy depends on the precise positioning and speed of the servo motor and the manufacturing accuracy of the pump; the filling speed mainly depends on the speed of the servo motor. When changing specifications, the filling volume can be adjusted arbitrarily as long as it is within the range on the touch screen.
1.Cap sorting station:
The electromagnetic oscillation cap sorting machine uses the electromagnetic oscillation to cause the vibration of the oscillator hopper in the oscillator hopper, and the disordered caps are oriented and arranged into a consistent and neat downward state, and then transported to a special mechanism directly above the bottle through a specific track.
2.Capping station:
The capping movement is driven by the groove cam to push the capping head on the connecting rod to install the fixing plate, thereby driving the capping head to rise or fall; the motor drives the capping head through the synchronous pulley to make a rapid rotation , and the capping speed can be adjusted by the knob.
3. Main components:
High-precision filling pump; Cover screwing mechanism; Electrical control system; Chassis mechanical components.
4. Main technical features:
  1. The equipment operation interface is a touch screen, the whole machine is PLC controlled, and the operation is simple and reliable.
  2. The linear bearings used in the filling machine table are oil-free bearings from German igus to avoid contamination of the product.
  3. The filling machine is equipped with a metering pump fine-tuning device with high metering accuracy and convenient adjustment; no dripping, no foaming, and no splashing.
  4. All parts in contact with bottles and liquid medicine are made of high-quality AISI304 or AISI316 stainless steel and other FDA-approved materials, in compliance with GMP requirements.
