Product Overview:
The KB series Hi-speed tablet press is a fully automatic high-speed rotary tablet press, which presses various granular raw materials into tablets twice through a pair of pre pressing wheels and a pair of main pressing wheels.
The general requirements for pellet compression are as follows:
1/For tablets weighing less than 0.3g, choose powder particles sieved through a 16-20 mesh sieve; 2/For tablets weighing 0.3g or more, choose powder particles sieved through a 10-14 mesh sieve; 3/The moisture content of the particles is between 1% and 5%.
Semi solid powder particles, wet powder particles, and fine powder cannot be compressed or the compression molding is not good.
The upper part of the KB series tablet press is a fully enclosed tablet chamber, and the material in contact with the powder in the tablet chamber is acid and alkali resistant austenitic stainless steel, while the non-metallic material is non-toxic. All four transparent windows can be opened to ensure unobstructed cleaning of the machine and convenient replacement of punching tools.
The lower part of the machine is sealed by four stainless steel doors with porous materials inside, and various driving devices are installed inside, ensuring safety and reducing noise. The tablet pressing process consists of five steps: filling, measuring, pre pressing, main pressing, and dispensing. The operation of the tablet press is completely controlled by the touch screen on the electrical control cabinet.
The main support structure of KB series devices is a four column structure. As shown in the figure below, there are left and right brackets on the bottom plate, and a base plate is installed on the left and right brackets. The base plate and top plate are supported by four 140X140 columns. The height of the whole machine is only 1981, and the center of gravity is low, so the equipment runs very smoothly.
The upper main pressure wheel and pre pressure wheel are supported by two support plates, which are directly installed on the top plate. Finally, the force they receive is transmitted to the top plate and column, ensuring the pressure of the upper main pressure wheel and pre pressure wheel and reducing vibration and noise.
