KBZPB-31 Rotary Tablet Machine
Main application :
This machine is suitable for compressing double-layer tablets and triple-layer tablets, capable of transforming granular raw materials into tablets. It is primarily used in pharmaceutical tablet production, while also being applicable to industrial sectors such as chemical, food, and electronics. According to order specifications, it can produce round tablets, irregular-shaped tablets, and double-sided engraved tablets.
Characteristic :
- The peripheral casing is fully enclosed, constructed with stainless steel material, and the internal workbench is also made of stainless steel to maintain surface gloss and prevent cross-contamination, complying with GMP requirements.
- Equipped with a transparent protective cover for clear observation of tablet compression status, and the side panel can be fully opened for easy internal cleaning and maintenance.
- All controllers and operating components are rationally arranged, utilizing a human-machine interface frequency conversion speed regulation device for electrical speed control and reverse operation.
- User-friendly operation with smooth rotation, ensuring safety and precision. Featuring mechatronics integration and touch-screen PLC control for operation.
- The transmission system is enclosed in the oil tank beneath the machine body, functioning as a completely isolated and independent component that prevents mutual contamination, facilitates heat dissipation, and exhibits excellent wear resistance.
- The machine is equipped with a dust suction device capable of thoroughly removing airborne dust particles from the pressing chamber.With high local pressure, this equipment can accommodate the production of various large and small tablets as well as difficult-to-form tablets, making it the most ideal device for tablet manufacturing.
