Safety Instruction
In order to safely use the glass reactor, please read the instruction carefully before using the instrument.
The supply voltage must be consistent with the provisions of this instrument.

  1. Please keep the electrical parts dry.
  2. The equipment used for the jacket layer should be on a plane with reactor, because the pressure caused by the high and low drop can easily make the reactor burst.
  3. Carefully clean and check the glass parts of the instrument before use, whether there is damage, interface installation is consistent.
  4. If there is solid material in use, do not put into large solid, crushed and then put into the kettle.
  5. Do not tighten the interface too tight, Loosen the connector regularly to avoid long - term locking.
  6. No load should not run at high speed.
  7. When loading the reaction medium, it is recommended not to exceed 2/3 of the liquid level of the reactor body.
  8. For explosive reactants, such as peroxides, azides, diazo compounds, etc. Be careful when using.
  9. For the reaction of gas generated by heating, Be careful not to form a closed system in the reactor.
  10. In the case of valuable solution, the simulation test should be done first, and the equipment can be used in normal operation when the equipment can meet the process and safety requirements.
  11. The solvent should be cleaned, vacuum dried, and soft cloth to wipe all kinds of oil stains, solvent residues left on the surface of the machine, keep clean.
  12. Clean the seal gasketes regularly. The method is to remove the sealing ring, check whether there is dirt on the shaft, wipe it with soft cloth, then apply a little vacuum grease, reinstall it, and keep the shaft and sealing ring smooth.
Introduction                                                      
The general understanding of the reactor is that the container with physical or chemical reaction, through the structural design and parameter configuration of the container, the heating, evaporation, cooling and low-speed mixing functions required by the process are realized.
The working principle of the reactor is that the reaction solvent can be stirred in the inner layer, and the interlayer can be heated or cooled by different cold and heat sources (freezing liquid, hot water or hot oil) for cycle heating or cooling reaction.
The materials in the reactor are heated or cooled by injecting constant temperature (high temperature or low temperature) hot solution media or cooling media. At the same time, stirring reaction can be carried out under normal pressure or negative pressure according to the requirements of use. After the reaction, the material can be released from the outlet of the bottom of the reactor, and the operation is extremely convenient.

Installation and Commissioning                                       
1. Open the packing case, and check all components according the packing list.
2. First install stainless steel frame and make sure the brakes are closed.
3. Fixed main pole and condenser supporting rod, and all connection rods.
4. Install the motor and speed controller.
5. Mixing sealing components installed on the reactor cover and mount a stirring rod. The reactor cover buckled on the jacket vessel and screw seal. (When you install the lid, sealed surface coated with a small amount of vacuum grease, can be effective in reducing neck wear, and improve the vacuum degree).
6. All glass components are installed. (Put Vaseline or vacuum grease on the seal joint).
7. Installing the discharge valve.
8. Checking all the installation steps once more follow the drawing or picture .

Cleaning method
1.the PTFE valve and connect joint needn't too tight and after test, remember to loose,  prevent deformation.
2.disinfection is a part of the method chosen by the factory. Generally, it is necessary to simply spray it first and wipe it with a rag.
3.cleaning can be directly washed 3-4 times with distilled water when the reactor is in operation. If need deeply cleaned, can be washed with boiled water.
4.low concentration sodium hypochlorite solution cleaning.

  1. Checking the power supply voltage, and make sure it is consistent with your country.
  2. Plug in, open the power switch on the frequency converter, to adjust speed.
  3. If the flow of material and the motor speed resonance, can change the motor speed to  avoid it.

  5. When circulating the hot oil, firstly should open the circulating switch.
